Tonight, Wednesday 15th March, the Home Economics Dept. are hosting the first of a series of 4 nights in which Pupils, Parents and Pals will be discovering new cooking methods and how to make exciting healthy dishes to feed a family.
On the Menu tonight is Mock Moussaka followed by Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. The menus for the following weeks will include: Minestrone Soup and Chicken Fajitas, all accompanied by fantastic – but not so healthy – desserts
After Easter the family group will change over to visit the Technical Dept. Here they will have the opportunity to use a laser cutter to make articles for the home. These will include items such as personalised key rings and wall clocks.
